I’m a foodie. I LOVE food and believe that you don’t just eat to survive, you eat to thrive. Ingredients and seasonings should be recognized, celebrated, and savored. PIZZA is my favorite food & provides a beautiful canvas to create incredible masterpieces and flavor blends!
I’m also in the restaurant industry! I am in the process of opening a restaurant in El Dorado, AR called Larry’s Pizza which specializes in specialty pizzas.
I hope to use this blog to discuss the various topics of Pizza with other pizza lovers & foodies, educate newcomers to the intricacies of pizza, and to change the restaurant industry to CARE more about their guests and less about “policy”.
